RiskCheck is hiring! The Sales & Marketing Manager role is responsible for establishing and implementing the RiskCheck sales strategy to achieve product-line expansion and business growth across Canada. Reporting to the CEO and managing one report, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle to drive market growth, customer awareness through to purchase and achieve business KPIs. This role is perfect for a passionate and energetic sales professional focused on results and growth.


Role Responsibilities: 

  • Define a product/service sales strategy, implement a sales plan to drive growth intent.
  • Carryout continuous market analysis of competitive landscape and customer insights 
  • Ensure budget management and ROI discipline across all sales and marketing channels
  • Own performance reporting and provide optimisation based on robust data driven insight, ensuring a net customer growth in the most cost-efficient manner

Experience & Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Business or Commerce degree
  • Marketing certificates, i.e. Hubspot or Google Analytics
  • Previous experience managing a sales team
  • Experience defining and implementing a sales strategy
  • 5+ years experience in a commercially focused sales role
  • Experience working with data, insight and CRM functions to extract KPIs and performance insights.
